Weekly Community Reiki Session

Our Weekly Community Reiko Session are Every Sunday at 12 : 00 pm MST via Private Facebook Group. As a Participant some benefits you will receive from these sessions  are Stress Relief, Relief from Depression,  Relief from Anxiety,  Relief from Pain and others added benefits .
What is Reiki?
Reiki is derived from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and kei, meaning life energy. It is a Japanese healing art and a complementary energy therapy based on the principle that everything in the universe consists of energy that flows around and through living beings.
Reiki proposes that disruption to this energy may cause health problems and seeks to restore the balance of the energy flow to a person by sending the energy flow received by the universe.
How distance Reiki sessions work?
Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time—though permission should be invoked or received in some way. When I'm performing reiki on someone who is not present, 'll typically work with the name and birthdate and a healing crystal. Other practitioners, however, might say that these objects unnecessary since Reiki energy can be sent to anyone simply by directing thoughts and energy to that person.
